I’m taking applications for a new home. I lost mine when my human moved and couldn’t take me with her. Sad for me, but let me share my credentials. I like toys, laps, and naps. (Not necessarily in that order!) My human said I was a true lap cat. I also like to sleep on the sofa. I can be very talkative. I’ve never been around children. When I had a short stay in a home with dogs, they did not accept me so I’m not sure about them either! When you meet me, you will notice what handsome gray and white markings I have. Pure bliss would be going home with YOU!

I lived in a family with two kids, but divorce broke us up since a kitten was just too much to handle during that difficult time. I came to TALGV and was adopted again, but after ten years my human died—so here I am again! I like laps and playing with ribbons. I’m not so wild about kids anymore (my patience isn’t what it used to be!), and although I seem to get along with other cats here, I may prefer to be an only cat. I like my handsome tabby and white coat brushed, and I need to take medicine in my food to keep me healthy—can you help me manage that?

My full name is Winnie the Pooh, although I don’t look like the storybook character. My bonded companion Tigger and I are at The Animal League awaiting our new home together. It took us a few days to settle in. Kind volunteers have welcomed us, but we know this isn’t our permanent home. We are two handsome boys that would make YOUR home OUR home in the blink of an eye. My tuxedo markings are just perfect! I like to pose for pictures after I’m brushed. (Have to look good for the camera, right?) I’m kitten-like and no snuggle-slouch. What do you say?
