I’m looking for a new home and want to put my best paw forward, so here’s my little dog resume: I’m a 5-year-old Chihuahua mix male, mainly white with tan touches, who loves to cuddle. I lived with my first family for five years, ever since I was a puppy, and they reported I was gentle and tolerant with the two kids, got along with the other family dogs, and was well behaved even when not on a leash. What I especially want you to know is that your attention will mean the world to me; I enjoy car rides; and I’m a great lap dog—just 11 pounds and, as I may have mentioned, I love to cuddle. How about we get together today and make each other happy for a long time to come!

I was found with my mom and sister at a busy place here in Green Valley. Were we lost or left behind? I don’t know; I’m just grateful we’re okay! Sorry to say, Mom ran away before we were rescued, but she must have taken good care of us because my sister and I look great. We’re each ready to start a new life as someone’s adorable pup! I’m a little dog with a great big story of danger, rescue, love, and new beginnings! I was very frightened when found outside a gas station, too thin and yet with a distended belly. I bet you can guess why. Here at TALGV, it was confirmed that I was pregnant, and on May 20th I gave birth to six tiny babies! What a joy and a relief! If you think I’m small (and I truly am), you should see my little ones. Right now, I’m busy being a good mom, but once my babies are about 7 weeks old, I’ll be ready to go to a new home, too. In the meantime, I’m receiving great care, excellent nutrition, and so much love that I have it to share. Please come see us real soon.

I’m here at TALGV with Abigail, my canine BFF, because our person wants the best for us. Due to health issues, she no longer can give us the care and active lifestyle she wants us to enjoy, so we need a new home where love and fun abound. I’m a 4-year-old tan and white female, about 70 pounds, and—per my DNA test—mainly Weimaraner and Manchester Terrier. I’m leash trained, have good house manners, and know “sit,” “down,” and “come.” That’s important stuff, but you should also know that I’m affectionate, sweet and playful, love stuffed squeaky toys, and I also love Abigail. We want to stay together. So if you can love us both, we’ll double our efforts to make sure you’re happy being loved every day by your grateful doggie duo!

MARKIE is a 3-year old male, Chihuahua/corgi mix. He is neutered and up to date on his shots. He will do best with a little lady dog or even better, as the only dog – Top Dog as he likes to think of it. Markie is a love bug and enjoys being spoken to, sitting on a lap or up against you. He chases a cat that runs from him but ignores another one. Markie walks well on a leash and is well behaved when you pick him up to run in a store or stop at a stand, etc. He isn’t into other dogs; he pretty much ignores them. He loves his person and those times when you can’t take him with you, he will be watching out from the window for your return. There is no adoption fee.
