MIKIE is a playful, social, and sweet 10-week-old, Border Collie/Spaniel mix with a beautiful black and white coat. He was rescued by owner who has several pets already. This is the perfect time for socializing as well as potty and leash training. He is a healthy boy who is up to date on shots and has certificate for free neuter courtesy of TALGV. Mikie is good with people and dogs but cats are unknown. There is no adoption fee.

There’s no nice way to say this: My brothers and sisters and I were dumped. We were left out in the cold and filth with only each other for comfort, lucky to get food from a kind stranger. I don’t want to think what might have happened if TALGV hadn’t come to our rescue. Thankfully, the vet who examined us said we are remarkably healthy. Also, the volunteers think I probably had some okay human interaction before being abandoned because I’m comfortable with humans. I’m a 4-1/2-year-old Chihuahua mix male, brown and sable, long and small at just 12 pounds. Imagine how grateful I’ll be for a comfy, carefree home with someone who’ll love and care for me forever. I’ll be the best little companion you could want! Won’t you take me home today?

I’m a 4-year-old, blond, Chihuahua mix male; all 10 pounds of me truly adorable. In foster care, I’m living with Angel, a brown and white female Chihuahua mix. Thankfully, TALGV rescued us, and the vet said we’re remarkably healthy. My right eye had to be removed, but that’s healed now, and though still shy, I’ve made new friends. I’m an adorable 3-year-old Chihuahua mix female, chocolate and white, just 9 pounds. In our foster home, I live with Jingle, a sweet 4-1/2-year-old Chihuahua male, who’s very dear to me and so we need to be adopted together. My name is a hint about where I was found—in the parking lot near a particular McRestaurant. Guess that playful name is appropriate since I do love to have fun, and I find it almost everywhere because I’m interested in almost everything! On my walks, I sniff the air and what’s underfoot, look all around and then look at you to see if you’re interested, too. I’m grey (almost brown-grey) and white, a Staffie/Bassett mix, and at just 6 months old and 31 pounds, I’m still a little girl, but one who’s confident, curious, and lively. The volunteers say I’m “awfully cute;” I prefer “blossoming beauty,” but you be the judge. I’d love to have some adventures with you, so please come meet me and let’s see how much fun we can share!

Buster

Hi… my name is Buster,

I was found in a busy parking lot, running through the aisles, trying to find a way out of that dangerous spot! Lucky for me, a kind person brought me to TALGV, where now I’m safe and instead of running for cover, can run around for fun and exercise. I’m a happy and friendly guy, always glad to see the volunteers, and they’re helping me learn important things like how to walk well on a leash. Since I’m naturally attentive to my person, learning how to please you should come naturally, too. I’m a 55-pound adult Lab mix, mainly black with distinctive white markings (check out my front legs; one mainly white, the other mainly black), and ready to share lots of good times with you. How about we get together today!
